    Hybrid and EV Extrication

    This 3-hour classroom presentation will provide an overview of the challenges and some solutions to performing extrication involving vehicles with stored energy (battery) power supplies.  

    Heavy Vehicle Extrication

    Heavy vehicles can be a daunting call to respond to. Let MFRT prepare your department with the skills to handle these complex emergencies. This class can be tailored to your department's equipment. MFRT can also incorporate the Paratech strut system into this training or offer it as a standalone course.

    Vehicle Extrication - Operations Level

    Fundamentals of complex accidents. This course will include low-cost tools and techniques to improve your extrication competency. Hybrid and EV concerns will also be discussed.


    Vehicle Extrication Technician Level

    This 2-day class is designed to give your members the skills to handle even the most complex vehicle extrications. This course will incorporate low-cost tools, case studies, and real-world scenarios.

    Vehicle Extrication Annual Refresher Training

    This 1-day program will keep your member's skills fresh and up-to-date.

    What do we do with all these batteries...

    Rechargeable batteries are now part of our everyday lives.  The prevalence of rechargeable batteries is having a profound effect on where fires occur and how we deal with them.  This 3-hour delivery will examine the challenges posed by these batteries and share some of the fire service's best practices.
